  Nowadays older people are resented in mass media as helpless and weak. They say older people have no interests and ambitions. That when they are retired they do nothing, watching TV, sitting on the bench and discussing youth.

  My opinion

  In my opinion, the live of elderly people is opposite when they are retired, they became more activity, because their have more time for it. This generation is called the golden age. Because they try to help their adults children and grandchildren with their money, advise and experience. They travel and do sport, they cook and walk.

  Example

  Two days ago I met my neighbor from the village. I was so surprised by her story. Her life is fantastic. Every day she enjoys Scandinavian walking for six kilometers. She does morning exercises and dances regularly. She does gardening in her daughter’s house. She feels herself better, than when she was younger. Now she is free from all problems.

  Conclusion

  In conclusion I can say, that stereotypes are harmful for everybody and it is bad.
